快乐是别人给的，烦恼却是自找的。

很多人快乐，是因为忘掉过往；

很多人烦恼，是因为什么事都耿耿于怀。

快不快乐就如自助餐，快不快乐都是自己选择与控制的，就像自助餐要吃什么菜自己选择。

想要看得清楚，看得更开，其实只要换个视角就行了。

脑袋之所以是圆的，那是为了满足我们不断转换思路的需要，都是为了让我们不断的去思考。

所以，在面对无法改变的客观事实面前，学会调整自己的心态，学会拿得起，放得下，想得开，保持心情超然，理智和从容，从长计议的计划与面对困难。。我们并不是拥有太少的时间去学习，去调整，而是拥有太多我们不用的时间。

觉得自己做得到和做不到，其实只在一念之间。不论你在什麽时候开始，重要的是开始之後就不要停止.不论你在什麽时候结束，重要的是结束之後就不要悔恨。抱最大的希望，为最大的努力，做最坏的打算。

没有辛勤的劳动，就没有闲暇时的快乐。践行你的承诺，并且争取做得更好。

Security

A sense of security

What is that?
It is when you feel comfortable and secure....

Acutally, I'm lack of security since i was young.
I know I actually have so many different things but still.. The mind is unsecure.

But
When hug tightly with him, and when he reponsed back,
The feel of his shoulder, his chest and his heartbeat made me sososo secure
I felt really want to just stay like that forever.
The way he touched my hair felt like I'm a baby.
Felt really comfortable and secure.
Wish time could stop at the moment.
When touched his face and played with his hair,
The warms from them made me sososo happy.

I really miss the feelings
But I know I need to give up these.... They don't belongs to me
